When Tunu visits the municipal office, she uncovers an even harder truth: there is no immediate closure, but there is a strict 21-day compliance window—and her file contains a historical registration flaw that no current receipt can paper over. To save her livelihood without becoming a victim or surrendering the shop to a nominal partner, Tunu must navigate a labyrinth of old documents, resist unlawful harassment, and prove that the business she built with her own hands can remain hers under the law.
